A complete set of bidding documents
may be purchased on the submission of a written application to
the above address and upon payment of a non refundable fee of
Rs. 600/-. |
| 5. |
All bids must be accompanied
by a Bid Security of not less than (2%)
of total Bid Price and must be delivered to the above office on
11-04-2009 at 11: 00 A.M. Bids
will be opened in the presence of Bidder’s representatives
who choose to attend immediately after the time set for the bid
receipt. |
| 6. |
The suppliers/ bidders shall
quote the FCS (at HV & SC Lab. Rawat, Pakistan) prices of
the goods offered. |
| 7. |
The bidders must quote for one
or more complete LOT. Bid covering only a part of LOT will be
rejected. |
| 8. |
NTDC reserves all its rights
regarding rejection of Bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA
Rules- 2004. |
