A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased
on the submission of a written application to the above address
and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2000/- w.e.f. 01.12.2008. |

All bids must be accompanied
by a Bid Security of not less than (2%)
of total Bids Price and must delivered to the above office on
or before 14/01/2009 at 11:AM. Bids will be opened
in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to
attend immediately after the time set for the bid receipt. |
| 6. |
The foreign suppliers/bidders
shall quote FOB, CFR & CIF Karachi price of the goods offered
whereas the local suppliers/bidders shall quote the Ex-Works as
well as FCS (NTDC Warehouse) prices, NTDC may place order on either
basis. |
| 7. |
The bidders must quote for any number of items. Bid
evaluation will be carried out on item-wise basis. |
