NTDC (PEPCO) intends to purchase Rough Terrain Mobile Cranes through open tender financed under NTDC/PEPCO’s own resources.

NTDC (PEPCO) invites sealed bids from the manufacturers/suppliers from Pakistan or any country except those which are subject to boycott in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan for supply of vehicles detailed below:

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from 01-04-2009 on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs.2000/-

All bids much be accompanies by a Bid Security of not less than (2%) of total Bid Price and must be delivered to the above office on or before 21-05-2009 at 11:00 Hours. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend immediately after the time set for the bid receipt.

The foreign supplier/bidders shall quote FOB, CFR (Karachi) and CIF (Karachi) prices of the goods offered whereas the local suppliers/bidders shall quote the Ex-works as well as FCS (NTDC warehouses) prices, NTDC may please order on either basis.

7.

The bidders must quote for complete lot. Bid covering only a part of the lot will be rejected.

8.

NTDC reserve all its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
