A complete set of bidding documents may be
purchased on the submission of a written application to the above
address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/-
|
| 5. |
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security
of not less than (2%) of total Bid Price and must delivered to
the above office on or before 20/08/2009 at 11:AM. Bids will be
opened in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose
to attend immediately after the time set for the bid receipt. |
| 6. |
The foreign suppliers/bidders shall quote
FOB, CFR & CIF Karachi prices of the goods offered whereas
the local suppliers/bidders shall quote the Ex-Works prices as
well as FCS (NTDC Warehouse) prices, NTDC may place order on either
basis. |
| 7. |
The bidders must quote for one or more complete
lots. Bids covering only a part of the lot will be rejected. Evaluation
and comparison of the bids will be carried out on lot wise basis. |

The sale of the bidding documents shall start
form 02/07/09. |

NTDC reserves all the rights regarding rejection
of bids as defined in Clause 33 (1) of PPRA Rules 2004. |
